RE: 2009 NJFC Grassroots Campaign
The
New Jersey Food Council has decided to embark on a vigorous public affairs
grassroots advocacy and media relations effort to highlight our industry’s
issues during this election cycle and beyond. To that end, we have agreed
to retain the services of Trenton-based public affairs firm Government Process
Solutions (GPS) to supplement our government affairs efforts. Many of you
may be familiar with GPS Managing Principal Michael Turner. Michael
managed the media relations for the Food Council in 2002 on the Corporate
Business Tax issue and we were pleased with the substantial and positive
coverage Michael secured for us at that time.
