At the event, State Agriculture officials discussed the value of the program including the newly launched “Jersey Seafood” brand as well as a new milk campaign to be launched on August 6, 2007.  Jersey Fresh milk products will be made from milk that is 100 percent from local New Jersey Farms.  To find out more information on the Jersey Fresh Milk please contact Dan Wunderlich at the State Department of Agriculture at (609) 292-6382.

NJFC members continue to view the “Jersey Fresh” program as a valuable marketing tool to promote locally farmed New Jersey products, which meet the highest standards of quality and freshness available to New Jersey consumers.
